We require: knowledge and understanding of technical drawings and assembly documentation, reliability, flexibility and responsible approach to work, good communication skills and patience, willingness to perform physically and mentally demanding work during the main season (March–October), including work at heights (scaffolding, assembly platforms, etc.), ability to handle work stress and operational changes during projects, willingness to work away from home throughout the Czech Republic with accommodation, ability to travel by personal vehicle, ability to work in a multicultural work team, possibility of taking leave mainly outside the main season, willingness to learn new technological procedures, innovations and complete professional training, interest in personal professional development and education in the field.
