Your New Role
Do you want to help shape the system architecture of the future in societally critical operations? We are seeking 2 experienced Software Architects.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing target architectures and technical solution proposals that create long-term sustainable and scalable systems. You will lead technical design and architecture work, translate business needs into modern technical solutions, and serve as a strategic advisor in development projects. The role involves close collaboration with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and other interested parties where you contribute with both technical expertise and a holistic perspective.
You will work in complex development environments where modern integration solutions, microservices architecture, and established standards are in focus.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a Software Architect or Solutions Architect and who has a solid technical background in system development.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Several years of experience working as a software architect or solutions architect.
At least 5–10 years of experience with Java development.
Experience developing target architectures and technical solution proposals.
Experience leading technical design and architecture work.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Extensive experience from major assignments, a very high degree of independence, and experience leading larger teams.
It is a merit if you also have experience with:
HL7 FHIR
Quarkus, within integration solutions
Microservices architecture or data sharing platforms
Standards such as REST, OAuth2/OIDC, and OpenAPI

You thrive in an advisory role where you get to combine technical depth with strategic thinking and have an easy time building trust with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.
You have good collaboration skills, communicate complex technical issues in a clear and pedagogical way, and work independently with a strong results focus. You like to take initiative, drive work forward, and actively contribute to a positive working climate.
