About the Position at Werksta Kiruna – Mixed Service 50% Sheet Metal and 50% Administration

Work Tasks – Sheet Metal (50%)
Perform auto body repairs and replacement of body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
Use workshop machinery and hand tools for damage repair and straightening
Collaborate with colleagues in damage assessment and painting for smooth workflows
Ensure high quality in completed sheet metal work and follow workshop procedures
Document completed work in our digital systems
Work Tasks – Administration (50%)
Handle bookings, customer contact, and planning of work orders
Register and follow up incoming cases in the workshop system
Communicate with insurance companies and suppliers as needed
Prepare and archive documentation and invoicing materials
Contribute to improving processes for customer service and workshop administration
Qualifications and Who We're Looking For
Interest in both practical workshop work and administrative tasks
Experience in auto body work, bodywork, or equivalent is a plus
Familiarity with administrative work, preferably in digital workshop systems
Thorough, organized, and service-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team and prioritize between different tasks
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Class B driver's license is required
