Production Master/Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: - organize work, coordinate workers, and set priorities, - monitor order progress and meet production deadlines, - handle operational issues and ensure necessary materials are available, - collaborate with technical department and warehouse, - oversee safety, order, and production operations, - train workers and actively participate in production as needed, - assemble and complete equipment in production. We Require: - experience leading or organizing people in production, - hands-on experience with manufacturing or assembly in mechanical or electrical engineering, - technical mindset and ability to solve problems independently, - natural authority and strong communication skills, - responsibility, independence, and willingness to get hands-on, - experience with locksmith or welding work is a plus.
