Job responsibilities: evaluating machine malfunctions and prioritizing repairs, collaborating with production to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime, communicating with suppliers and service companies regarding equipment repairs, managing and motivating a team of 6-7 maintenance staff, planning attendance and vacation schedules while ensuring smooth section operations, ordering spare parts and responsibility for inventory records.
