Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing work on the "Welding" production section,
- Supervising and professional development of subordinate employees,
- Ensuring fulfillment of tasks set by the production plan,
- Collaboration with the production planner, quality controller, supervisors of other sections, and the production manager,
- Attendance records, shift scheduling and related administrative tasks,
- Responsibility for compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations, work and technological standards at the workplace,
- Ensuring corrective measures for non-conforming products found,
- Proposals for optimization of production procedures and processes at the workplace.
Employer Requirements:
- Secondary technical education and minimum 5 years of welding experience,
- Knowledge of EN 1090-2 standard,
- Excellent understanding of technical documentation and drawings,
- PC skills (MS Office),
- Experience in managing people,
- Reliability, independence, flexibility, excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Knowledge of German/English is a significant advantage.
