We are looking for a carpentry master (Moravský Písek) - reserved for persons with disabilities We are a stable Czech social enterprise in Moravský Písek focused on garden product manufacturing. We are looking for a partner for the position of carpentry master in our workshop, who will combine craftwork with responsibility for team leadership. What will you be responsible for? Workshop operations: Manual processing of smaller wooden parts, operating woodworking machinery (inserting and removing pieces). Leadership and supervision: Coordinating work and overseeing a team of auxiliary workers (from the ranks of persons with disabilities) directly in the workshop. Quality control: Ensuring that our products leave the workshop in perfect condition. Who are we looking for? A skilled craftsperson: Someone with experience in wood processing and machinery operation. A people-oriented leader: Someone with a sense for leading a team of persons with disabilities. Attention to detail, patience, and a fair approach are key for us. This position is intended for persons with disabilities. What do we offer you? Part-time employment at 30 hours per week.
