Start date: 8/9/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Lead and organize the mechanics team - Plan and supervise maintenance and repairs of vehicles, attachments, and municipal equipment - Active participation in diagnostics, service, and repairs of vehicles and equipment - Manual work on vehicle repairs - Operate MAN vehicle diagnostics, evaluate faults, and recommend repair procedures - Maintain service documentation and track repairs and spare parts in the computer system - Ensure maximum operational readiness and mobility of the vehicle fleet Requirements: - Technical trade certification or secondary technical education, or equivalent practical experience - Experience with heavy truck and equipment repairs; MAN vehicle experience is a plus - Ability to lead, motivate, and organize a small team - Active and practical approach to repairs, technical thinking, and manual dexterity - Ability to work with computers and operate MAN vehicle diagnostics - Independence, strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and good organizational skills - Driver's license category B; category C is a plus - Start immediately or by agreement We Offer: - Employment with a quality Czech company with a long-standing tradition and job security - 37.5 hours per week; morning shift - Competitive compensation – starting salary: 40 000 Kč (based on experience), with salary adjustment guaranteed after training period Employee Benefits: - Annual bonus (13th salary), performance bonuses, 5 weeks of vacation, Multi pass card - meal vouchers worth 210 Kč and Flexi Pass vouchers, 1 500 Kč monthly pension contribution, favorable mobile plans for family members as well If interested, send your CV by September 21, 2026 to: [email protected] (include "auto repair shop master" in the subject line), or call: +420 603 881 677.
