Required Education: - Complete secondary vocational education with apprenticeship and matura exam, or - Complete secondary vocational education with matura exam. Additional Information: - Criminal clearance - Personal and health fitness - Independence, ability to learn, precision, attention to detail - Team leader at call center - team leadership and motivation, oversight of goal achievement and call quality - Good knowledge of MS Office and basic PC operation - Experience from call center is a plus - Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
