Position: Maintenance Supervisor We're looking for someone who can combine technical expertise with team leadership. Someone who not only solves breakdowns, but knows how to prevent them in the first place. Job Responsibilities: - leading the maintenance team - ensuring smooth operation of machinery and equipment - planning and coordinating preventive and reactive maintenance - troubleshooting and identifying root causes - working with production to minimize downtime - responsibility for maintenance records and reporting - contributing to process improvements - oversight of occupational health and safety (BOZP) and work procedure compliance - collaboration on installation of new equipment and technologies - completing tasks assigned by your supervisor Additional Requirements: - ability to read technical drawings - manual dexterity - organizational skills - ability to solve problems systematically - reliability, independence
