3 shifts, continuous operation; Responsible for managing and organizing the production process on the assigned shift. Leading and motivating the team of workers, monitoring adherence to technological procedures, production quality, and workplace safety. Ensuring fulfillment of production plans, resolving operational problems in production, and collaborating with other departments.
