• Organization and management of handmade production employees according to production plans and order priorities. • Distribution of work tasks to individual workers and monitoring their completion. • Oversight of proper manual assembly, packaging, and other production operations. • Quality control of order processing and compliance with technological procedures. • Responsibility for meeting production deadlines and order readiness for shipment. • Cooperation with production manager, shipping department, and other departments in addressing operational requirements. • Monitoring attendance, work discipline, and use of personal protective equipment. • Training of new employees and oversight of compliance with internal regulations. • Documentation of production progress and reporting operational issues to supervisor. • Oversight of compliance with occupational health and safety, EMS, and work rules. • Responsibility for order and organization of the handmade production workplace.
