JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Organization, management, and supervision of operations on the assigned shift Responsibility for meeting production quality, quantity, and timeline targets on the assigned shift Responsibility for proper handoff of products to the shipping department Product quality control Monitoring compliance with fire safety, occupational health and safety (OSHA), HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation regulations Maintenance of production and attendance records Reporting of results REQUIREMENTS: Leadership skills, ability to manage crisis situations Attention to detail, independence, reliability, and flexibility Criminal record clearance Food safety health certificate 3-shift operation work schedule CONTACT: by phone 8 a.m.–2 p.m., by email
