We require: - Secondary technical education - Knowledge of metal chip machining technology - Ability to work according to technical drawings and documentation - PC skills (MS Office) - Willingness to work in a two-shift operation. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing smooth production operations - managing staff, meeting production targets - Ensuring operational and technological discipline among subordinate workers, work allocation, and completion of assigned tasks - Arranging regular and proper maintenance, inspections, and servicing of machinery, equipment, and tools (in cooperation with the maintenance department) - Monitoring compliance with technological procedures and occupational health and safety regulations - Contributing to continuous improvement activities - 5S - order, SMED - quick changeovers, TPM - autonomous maintenance.
