Requirements: - Secondary education (technical field) - Experience in wood production/woodworking industry - Proficiency in technical documentation - MS Office knowledge - Experience managing a team (approximately 5-20 people) - Independent thinking and decision-making - Organizational skills and responsible approach - Class B driver's license (forklift certification a plus). Job Responsibilities: - Manage production processes and employees - Monitor quality and work safety - Organize and coordinate shift operations - Lead production processes - Create reports - Production documentation and administrative tasks.
