About the Role
We are looking for an engineer who enjoys practical and technical work and wants to be involved in preparing and conducting laboratory testing. As an Environmental Test Engineer, you will work with product testing and validation, where careful planning, execution, and documentation are central to the work.
In this role, you are responsible for preparing and conducting tests as well as documenting and communicating test results back to the organization. You will manage multiple projects in parallel, which requires you to be able to structure and prioritize your work.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and prior testing experience. As an Environmental Test Engineer, you are well-organized, thorough, and detail-oriented, while also being driven and taking responsibility for moving work forward. You collaborate easily, build trust with those around you, and communicate your results clearly.
To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven and take initiative, as well as be able to manage multiple projects in parallel. Since the work involves both internal communication and client contact, proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
Core Requirements:
• Engineering degree.
• Several years of experience with laboratory testing.
• The position is classified for security purposes. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance and be approved according to applicable security regulations. This may require certain citizenship.
Merits:
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-810.
• Knowledge of electronics and/or mechanical design.
• Experience with EMI/EMC testing.
