We are seeking an engaged specialist who wants to develop and manage our work with life cycle assessments (LCA), environmental product declarations (EPD), and climate calculations for our products. In this role, you will calculate and analyze the environmental and climate footprint of products, identify improvement opportunities, and provide fact-based insights that support the development of our products. You will become an important part of our team where you work closely with colleagues in development, quality, procurement, production, marketing, and sales. About the role As a specialist in LCA, EPD, and product climate calculations, you are responsible for developing, analyzing, and improving product-related environmental data. Through analyses and calculations, you create insights that help the organization understand products' environmental impact and identify improvement opportunities. You will, among other things: Be responsible for developing, updating, and quality-assuring environmental product declarations (EPD) and life cycle assessments (LCA). Conduct analyses and calculations of the environmental impact of products and components. Improve internal methods, processes, and tools for LCA work. Identify, monitor, and analyze relevant KPIs and targets, and propose measures that reduce climate footprint, resource consumption, and environmental impact. Evaluate, for example, material choices, supplier data, and product solutions from a life cycle perspective. Work with building product declarations and environmental assessments for our products. Monitor developments in environmental labeling, certifications, standards, and future market requirements. Keep track of relevant legislation and customer requirements within the product environment area. Support the sales organization with environmental and climate data and specialist expertise in customer dialogues. Contribute to internal and external audits within the environmental area. Your profile We believe you are an analytical person who enjoys working with data, calculations, and fact-based decision support. You have an interest in products' environmental performance and are driven to find improvement opportunities. For success in this role, we would like you to have: Higher education or university degree in environmental science, engineering, or another relevant field. Experience working with LCA, climate calculations, or similar analyses. Good understanding of environmental legislation, standards, and product requirements. Ability to analyze complex information and translate results into practical improvement proposals. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Experience from manufacturing industry or product development is a plus. Why choose us?
