NSR – Nordvästra Skånes Renhållnings AB – is owned by six municipalities in northwestern Skåne: Bjuv, Båstad, Helsingborg, Höganäs, Åstorp, and Ängelholm. A total of approximately 270,000 residents live in the region, and NSR is responsible for municipal waste management services. The company operates at many locations throughout northwestern Skåne – from recycling centers to recycling facilities, transport services, and headquarters. About the Role
As an Environmental Worker, you collect and transport household waste with a colleague or independently and have significant contact with our customers. Therefore, it is essential that you communicate easily and possess a genuine service mindset with a positive and flexible attitude.
With us, you build on your work experience in the industry alongside a welcoming team that is experienced in training new employees.
Requirements to Succeed in the Role
To succeed as an Environmental Worker, you need a good understanding of the driving profession. You will be part of a large team of drivers, and we expect you to be responsible, thorough, and have strong collaboration skills.
You have:
· Class C driver's license and YKB (Driver's Certificate of Professional Competence)
· Driver's card
· Quick learner
· Communicative
· A sense of good service
· Attention to order and organization
· Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written
· An advantage if you are familiar with Helsingborg and Höganäs municipalities
Employment
· Employment type: Fixed-term employment for 3 months with possible extension
· Position: We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions
· Working hours: Shift work according to schedule 06:00-14:30 or 14:00-23:00
· Start date: By agreement
· Location: Makadamgatan 8, NSR's Collection Unit
