Aurora Distribution is a young and rapidly growing distribution company that supplies products to grocery retail chains, primarily ICA and Hemköp. As we expand, we need to strengthen our team. We are looking for our next star in product handling and merchandising. In this role, you will be an important part of our team and a key contact person with our customers. You are responsible for ensuring that our products are always presented in the best possible way in store and that they are well-stocked, neat, and appealing. Through your work, you contribute to strengthening our brands' presence in stores. You build relationships with store staff, ensure good product visibility, and identify opportunities for our products to stand out even more. This role suits you if you are thorough, organized, and have a natural customer focus. Previous experience from grocery retail, sales, or customer relations is a merit, but what matters most to us is your attitude. We are looking for someone who is a team player, takes responsibility, and thrives in a fast-paced role. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to develop further and work as a field sales representative in the future. The work is operational and dynamic. Your workday starts early in the morning, driving directly from your vehicle to your assigned stores. A driver's license for passenger cars (B) is required since the position is 100% field-based.
