Meaningful Part-Time / Summer Job for Student

My name is Oskar and I'm 22 years old. I have around-the-clock care assistance and am now looking for an additional part-time assistant. Last spring I graduated from St Eriks gymnasiet, the national upper secondary school for people with mobility disabilities on Kungsholmen. I live on Lidingö together with my parents and siblings. I have cerebral palsy, which means I need help with everything such as getting dressed, using the toilet, tube feeding, communication, stretching, etc. I use several assistive devices such as a PEG tube, cough machine, ventilator, Immowalker, eye-controlled communication computer, etc., which you don't need to know how to use beforehand but will have the opportunity to learn. However, the following basic requirements exist for applicants: 1. Very high work ethic: I am completely dependent on my assistants for absolutely everything, so it's important that you always show up when you're supposed to and understand that this is an active and important job. 2. Good Swedish language skills: Although I mostly communicate via an eye-controlled computer, I need in some cases to use a manual letter chart which you then need to be able to read. 3. Good physical condition: In several situations manual lifting is required (I weigh approximately 55 kg) so you need to be in good physical condition and I prefer that you are a man around 20-40 years old. 4. Very great commitment and empathy: You become my extended arm in everything and I need your support and commitment to make my life dignified and meaningful, while you have respect for my right to self-determination and understand the role of personal assistant. Good salary (190kr base pay plus 12% vacation compensation) and other employment terms. Unsocial hours supplement and follows collective agreement. For the right person there is the possibility of a team leader role and higher salary.
