Customer Service Representative / Service Advisor at Mekonomen Auto Repair Shop! We are looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable customer service representative/service advisor who wants to become an important part of our workshop team. Responsibilities: - Receive customers and manage bookings - Create work orders and provide quotes - Advise customers on service and repairs - Maintain ongoing communication with both customers and mechanics Qualifications: - Experience from an auto repair shop or customer service - Good technical understanding of cars - Organized, communicative, and service-oriented - Valid driver's license (B-category) We offer: Secure workplace, good benefits, and development opportunities We can also offer part-time work between 08.00–12.00 for those unable to work full-time.
