Mechatronic Engineers – develop and verify complex technical systems
Do you want to work with mechatronics in technically advanced products where mechanics, electronics, and software work together in real-world applications? Do you thrive on understanding the full system – from sensors and controls to function, performance, and reliability? Then Tech Talents might be your next step.
We are now seeking mechatronic engineers with approximately 1–5 years of experience for assignments with several of our clients in the Gothenburg area. Our clients develop products and systems within vehicles, defense, medical technology, industry, and tech, where high demands are placed on quality, safety, and engineering excellence.
About the Role
As a mechatronic engineer, you will work with development, system engineering, and verification of mechatronic systems. Assignments vary depending on the client, but they all share a clear technical focus and work in cross-functional teams where multiple disciplines collaborate.
Depending on the assignment, you may work with everything from early concept development and system design to implementation, testing, and verification of finished solutions. The role suits you if you want to combine practical engineering with system understanding and technical analysis.
Example Work Areas
Development and further development of mechatronic systems and products
Work with control systems, sensors, and actuators
System integration between mechanics, electronics, and software
Testing, verification, and validation of function, performance, and robustness
Analysis of system behavior in both simulation and real-world environments
Collaboration with software, electronics, and systems engineers
Contribution to technical improvements, quality, and development processes
We Are Looking for You If You
Have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar engineering field
Have 1–5 years of experience working in mechatronics or related technical areas
Have good technical understanding of the interaction between mechanics, electronics, and software
Thrive with systematic and professional approaches to complex problems
Want to continue developing technically and take on more responsibility over time
It is a merit (but not a requirement) if you have experience with:
Control and automation technology
Embedded systems or software-related mechatronics
Simulation, model-based development, or system analysis
Testing and verification work in technically demanding environments
Safety-critical or regulated industries
Location: Gothenburg and surrounding area
