About the Role
As a mechanical design engineer, you will work on the development and design of mechanical solutions for products and systems in technically challenging environments. You'll be an important part of the development team and collaborate closely with designers, project managers, customers, and other engineering disciplines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and development of mechanical solutions in 3D CAD
Creation of drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing specifications
Product development from concept phase to finished product
Technical investigations and problem-solving
Collaboration with production, quality, procurement, and other stakeholders
Contribute improvements and new technical solutions throughout the development process
Your Profile
We believe you have a few years of experience in mechanical design and are ready to take the next step in your career.
To succeed in this role, we'd like to see that you have:
A degree in mechanical engineering, product development, or similar from a university or technical college
At least 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design
Experience with one or more CAD tools, such as CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks
Experience creating technical drawings and documentation
Solid understanding of product development, manufacturing, and design engineering principles
Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
As a person, you are curious, analytical, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating with others, but also take responsibility for your own work and drive your tasks forward.
