Mechanic/Technician - Aftermarket

Do you want to work practically with advanced technology in a role where quality, service, and collaboration are at the center? We are now seeking a mechanic/technician for our aftermarket production where you can combine technical expertise with engagement, structure, and positive energy.
The Assignment
As a mechanic in the aftermarket, you will work with disassembly, systematic troubleshooting, analysis, and reassembly of items and equipment that come in for service. We also work with new products from both raw materials and repair parts. You will ensure that work is performed according to our quality requirements and contribute to an efficient and customer-focused workflow. The role involves close collaboration with supervisors and planning teams as well as digital documentation of technical deviations.

Experience, Requirements & Merits
Experience
Experience in troubleshooting, repair, or service in a workshop environment
Practical experience from industry, automotive, machinery, or marine service is highly desirable
Education
Completed upper secondary education is required
Upper secondary education with a technical focus (e.g., industrial, automotive, or maritime technology) is desirable
Alternatively, other education combined with documented technical interest and practical experience
Knowledge
Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Basic understanding of measuring equipment
Basic knowledge in bearing and shaft installations
Knowledge of mechanical assembly and hydraulics
Basic computer skills and English
Welding skills (TIG/MMA) are desirable
Turning/milling skills are desirable
Knowledge of CNC machine operation and CAM programming is desirable
Knowledge of laser measurement is desirable
