About the Position
As a mechanic/tire technician with us, you will work with service, maintenance, and repairs of primarily heavy trucks and other commercial vehicles. The work also includes tire service and tire operations and involves a varied workday where both planned work and more urgent assignments may occur.
The position also includes on-call and standby duty according to schedule, which means you handle urgent service and repair assignments outside regular working hours when needed.
You will be an important part of the daily workshop operations and work together with other team members to ensure high quality, good service, and efficient workflows.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Service, maintenance, and repairs of heavy trucks and other commercial vehicles
• Troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
• Replacement and repair of mechanical components
• Tire changes, mounting, and balancing
• Repair and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Inspection of tires, air pressure, wear, and other safety-related parts
• Participate in on-call and standby duty according to schedule and perform urgent service and repair assignments as needed
• Ensure that completed work meets high quality standards
• Contribute to order, safety, and a good work environment in the workshop
• Provide professional and service-oriented customer interactions

A Category C driver's license is required for this position.
