About the job
As a mechanic, you work together with the team to plan, prepare, and perform preventive maintenance on our machinery. Your work contributes to reliable equipment and world-class maintenance.
Job responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance based on annual planning and checklists
Report completed work in the maintenance system
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns
Perform equipment renovations
Support the maintenance planner as a technical resource
Collaborate with production to prioritize maintenance tasks
Location
You will work on-site at our production facility in Sandviken. The work is conducted during daytime hours.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a high school education in mechanics or equivalent knowledge from work experience. You have the ability to work systematically with planned maintenance and have good Swedish language skills; English is a plus. A B driver's license and experience with mechanical work in the manufacturing industry are merits.
Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you like to take own initiatives for development. Safety always comes first, and with a service-oriented, flexible, and attentive approach, you meet production's needs. You communicate clearly and enjoy sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.
