The Children and Youth Department (VO) in Kristianstad is looking for another administrative star - a medical secretary with their heart in the right place and their head full of smart solutions. You are our heroes - those who make everything run smoothly, who keep track of appointments, medical records, calls, and teamwork. In short: you are invaluable.
We meet children and young people up to 18 years old, both in everyday situations and in crisis. Here we have outpatient clinics, day care, inpatient wards, a neonatal unit, and an emergency department. Together we create security and hope for the future for our youngest Scania residents. WORK TASKS
With us you are offered meaningful work where children are always at the center. Furthermore, collaboration is a natural part of our work where we help and support each other on various issues. If you wish, there are also great development opportunities through expanded tasks and responsibilities.
As a medical secretary, you are a coordinating key person for one of our teams. You also participate in exciting improvement projects and business development. This is evident, among other things, through your role in development work with the Örebro model, where we work smarter with the right expertise in the right place. Other common tasks include scheduling appointments, telephone work, and medical record management.
We offer flexible work with the possibility of working from home one day a week.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who have education in Health and Healthcare Administration (80 KY or 400 YH points) or equivalent medical secretary training. You master medical terminology and have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
As a person, you like structure, people, and making things work - sometimes in a magical way. You are curious, responsible, confident in yourself, and want to be part of an environment where your job really matters. If you are also passionate about child protection issues, you have found exactly the right place!
