Nursing Assistants, Care Aides & Care Staff for our Employee Pool

Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today we have approximately 200 employees and operate from six offices in Nacka and Tyresö municipalities.
We are now strengthening our organization by launching an employee pool and are therefore seeking 6–8 new staff members who want to work flexibly across our nearby operations.
About Our Employee Pool
As a member of the pool, you belong to Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB and have a regular home office that you work from, but your workday can be conducted at one of our other nearby offices in Nacka or Tyresö as needed.
This means that at the start of your workday, you will receive information about where the need is greatest and which office or team you will be working with that day.
For example, you could start your workday at your regular office and then travel to another one of our offices where there is greater staffing need on that particular day.
Your work time begins when you arrive at your regular workplace according to schedule. If the work requires you to subsequently move to another office, the transfer occurs during your paid work time.
The pool suits you if you appreciate variety, are flexible, and can quickly integrate into different work groups and work environments.
We offer positions at 75–100 %, and for the right candidates, there is the possibility to work up to full-time.
About the Work
As an employee with us, you work closely with people in their daily lives. Our customers need both nursing care services and support services in and sometimes outside their homes.
The work is varied, independent, and meaningful. Even though you work in our employee pool, our goal is always to create as much continuity as possible for both customers and staff.
You work together with our regular teams and receive support from team leaders/coordinators and facility managers.
We Are Looking for You If You
Are a nursing assistant, care aide, or have experience working in healthcare and care
Are positive, confident, and responsible
Have high empathetic ability and a genuine interest in people
Are flexible and enjoy that your workplace and work group can vary
Are stress-resilient and can take own initiative
Can work both independently and together with others
Have a respectful, professional, and attentive demeanor
Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Have a B-category driver's license – mandatory
Previous home care experience is a merit.
