We are seeking a dedicated and secure educator for Runnerydsskolan's flex group. This position has a special focus on providing individualized support to one student, but at the same time you will be part of the flex group's collaborative work and contribute to activities involving multiple students.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary task is to work together with the student, guardians, and relevant professionals to create conditions for successful school attendance.
The work involves building relationships, creating security and structure, and gradually supporting the student's participation in the school's teaching and other settings, based on the student's individual circumstances.
You will, among other things:
• plan, implement, and follow up on pedagogical interventions and instruction
• provide individual support and guidance in the school day
• work in a relationship-building and motivating manner
• gradually support students in approaching and participating in the school's learning environment
• identify obstacles and opportunities for learning, participation, and school attendance
• collaborate with school staff, student health services, guardians, and other stakeholders
• participate in planning, documentation, and follow-up of interventions
An important part of the task is collaboration with social services' open care, where various professionals work together to create a functional and sustainable school attendance.
Even though the task has a special focus on one individual student, you are expected to be an active part of the flex group. It may therefore also be relevant to work with other students within the activity.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with relevant pedagogical or social pedagogical education, for example:
• teacher education
• social pedagogy education
• treatment pedagogy education
• other education that the employer deems equivalent.
We would like you to have experience working with children and young people in need of special support and preferably experience from a school environment. It is particularly meritorious if you have experience and knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) and how these can affect students' learning, social interaction, and ability to participate in school. Experience with, for example, problematic school absenteeism, low-affect communication, clarifying pedagogy, motivating conversations, or other supportive and pedagogical approaches is meritorious.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
