What we offer you We are now looking for a committed employee for a combined position within daily activities and short-term placement/short-term supervision. Job Description The position is located within LSS daily activities and LSS short-term placement/short-term supervision and you will work varied hours day/evening/weekend based on the needs of the facilities. In your work you will meet people with physical, psychological and/or neuropsychiatric functional disabilities. You will have a supporting role in developing the work based on each participant's needs in accordance with legislation and the facilities' goals. Daily activities is a measure under LSS 9:10 that is based on the individual's need and right to have meaningful occupation. The daily activities that exist in Söderköping Municipality have different orientations and the work tasks may therefore vary. The short-term activities in Söderköping include both short-term supervision according to LSS 9:6 and short-term placement according to LSS 9:7. In this activity as well, the needs of the individuals in our care vary greatly from day to day, which means you need to be responsive and flexible. Qualifications We are looking for someone with an educational support worker or nursing assistant education, or other education in the field that the employer considers relevant. Experience working with the target groups, AAC, clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approach are merits. You need to have a good ability to communicate in Swedish in both speech and writing as documentation is an important part of the work. The work requires that you are flexible, have good collaboration skills and are responsible. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Driver's license category B for manual transmission is a requirement. Employment Number of positions: 1 Type of employment: Permanent employment. Scope: 100% with service day/evening/weekend.
