Welcome to the family-owned company Allegio Omsorg! We provide care and services to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure that together we shape a safe service that is tailored to their needs and wishes. We work actively with fixed care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way, we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Today, the company has over 1,500 employees including nursing assistants, care workers, and cleaners. We have specialized expertise in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin "Legio" which means "chosen personnel" – it is based on this motto that we work: we know that we offer the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff! Are you the one we're looking for? We are looking for you who are passionate about working with the individual, where respect for our customers and providing the absolute best service is very important. It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing. The position is a part-time evening shift between 60-85% and we are looking for staff for one of our cycling groups. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis, with start dates by agreement but preferably as soon as possible.
