KIRUNA – CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOCKSMITH WORKSHOP ASSOCIATE Are you an outgoing and handy person who enjoys a varied and diverse job? As an associate with us, you will welcome visiting customers in our store/customer service desk and work with sales and customer advice. In the workshop section of the store, you will alternate your sales work with manufacturing, production, and service of locks and security products. Customer and check-in meetings may take place digitally. ABOUT YOU To thrive in this job, you should be organized and solution-oriented. You enjoy meeting customers and providing excellent customer service in different situations. You can describe yourself as outgoing, curious, and interested in learning new things. It is a merit if you have some experience in mechanical locking, fine mechanics, building supply, or property management. If you lack locksmith workshop experience, we will help you get started. You appreciate working with varied tasks and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Working at a sometimes fast pace suits you perfectly. YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE: Store sales, sales and customer advice primarily within locks & security Manufacture of keys, cylinder fitting and lock system management Administration of key handling Maintenance and service of our product range Participate in/drive customer activities such as mini trade shows, breakfast arrangements, etc. FOR THIS POSITION: Good computer skills You master Swedish and English, as you will have customer and supplier contacts You must not appear in the criminal record register.
