Do you want to work in a practical and varied role in the wood industry? We are now seeking a production worker for our client just outside Varberg to work with the production of prefabricated walls. Here you'll have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. About the Position As a wood production worker, you will work with the manufacturing of prefabricated walls according to drawings. The work includes handling of tools, machines and materials as well as ensuring that production maintains high quality and is delivered on schedule. Start is immediate and the assignment will initially run until the end of November, with good possibility for extension. Working hours are daytime shifts: Monday-Thursday 05:50-15:00 Friday 05:50-13:10 Selection is ongoing, which means the position may be filled before the application deadline has passed. Responsibilities Assembly and production of prefabricated wall elements according to drawings Handling of machines, tools and equipment in a safe manner Ensure that work is performed according to quality and productivity requirements Deliver production according to established schedules Actively participate in improvement work in the areas of environment, workplace health and safety, quality and productivity Contribute to a good and pleasant work environment About You You are physically fit and enjoy practical work You have previous experience with similar work in construction, wood industry or carpentry You are flexible and take responsibility You are a team player with good collaboration skills You are thorough and quality-conscious You have basic computer skills You work with good judgment and a strong safety mindset Qualifications Experience in construction, wood industry or carpentry is a merit Knowledge of blueprint reading Good tool experience Basic mathematics skills Computer proficiency Class B driver's license Forklift certification is a merit but not required You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written About the Company Uniflex is one of Sweden's leading staffing and recruitment companies with over 20 years of experience matching the right skills with the right workplace.
