Effektiv Göteborg partners with multiple companies in warehouse, logistics, and production. We are therefore continuously seeking engaged employees for upcoming full-time assignments in the Gothenburg area.

What Does the Role Offer?
Work tasks vary depending on the assignment, workplace, and your previous experience. For example, you may work with order picking and packing, inbound and outbound deliveries, forklift driving, loading and unloading, assembly, machine monitoring, quality control, or other common tasks in warehouse and production.
All assignments are full-time, but the length of assignments can vary. This can involve both shorter assignments with quick starts and longer, more long-term assignments. Working hours are typically scheduled for day, evening, or shift work Monday through Friday, with some possibility of weekend work.
As a consultant at Effektiv, you have the opportunity to broaden your experience, get to know different operations, and show what you're made of. If you show initiative and make a good impression, a shorter assignment can lead to more and longer opportunities.
Who Are You?
We are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude. You are flexible, hardworking, and can start a new full-time assignment with short notice. You arrive on time, take responsibility for your work tasks, and always do your best, regardless of the assignment's length or nature.
You are a person who shows initiative, takes your own initiative, and helps where needed. You understand the importance of being reliable and representing both Effektiv and the customer company in a professional manner.

• Are flexible regarding working hours, workplaces, and work tasks

• Enjoy practical and sometimes physical work

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or production is a merit. A forklift certificate and a Class B driver's license are also merits for several of our assignments, but are not required for all positions.
