As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you're a key person in our daily work. Together with your colleagues, you make sure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both when it comes to quality, pace, and service. You work in a team and have varying tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen making burgers and fries, and manage the register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. So during your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training.

How does the process work?
For our restaurant staff positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can.
Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can arise in everyday life at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This way, you'll get an early sense of what it's like to work for us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll receive notice via email. We process applications on a rolling basis, which means the position can be filled before the final application deadline.
Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we therefore cannot move forward candidates who do not complete the test.
