As an operations manager at MAX, you are a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. You lead the team on site, ensure that our guests receive the best possible service and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level in terms of quality, pace and service. You have an overview of the entire operation: from kitchen and cash register to dining room and outdoor seating. Together with your colleagues, you create a workplace where work joy, community and development are at the center. We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to inspire others. You are a role model who leads by being present, engaged and solution-oriented. You enjoy seeing your colleagues grow and develop, and you understand the importance of always putting the guest in focus. Main responsibilities Lead and coach the team in daily operations Ensure that guests receive a world-class service experience Plan, staff and train across all areas of the restaurant Have an overview of kitchen, cash register, dining room and outdoor environment Contribute to keeping the restaurant clean, fresh and welcoming Work actively with our values: Courage, Passion and Community What do we offer?
