Now we're looking for you who wants to be part of creating world-class service experiences with every visit. As a restaurant staff member at MAX, you are a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both in terms of quality, pace and service. You work as part of a team and have varying tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and handle the register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. During your first days you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training. For our restaurant staff positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer some selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can occur in everyday life at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This way you get a good picture early on of what it's like to work at our place. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified via email. We handle applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process and therefore we cannot move forward with candidates who do not complete the test. We welcome your application!
