As an operations manager at MAX, you are a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. You lead the team on site, ensure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level in terms of quality, pace and service. You have oversight of the entire operation: from kitchen and cash register to dining room and outdoor seating. Together with your colleagues, you create a workplace where work joy, community and development are central. We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, thrives in a fast pace and has a natural ability to inspire others. You are a role model who leads by being present, engaged and solution-oriented. Main responsibilities Lead and coach the team in daily operations Ensure guests receive a world-class service experience Plan, staff and train across all areas of the restaurant Have oversight of kitchen, cash register, dining room and outdoor environment Contribute to keeping the restaurant clean, fresh and welcoming Work actively with our values: Courage, Passion and Community What do we offer?
