Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both in terms of quality, speed and service. You work in a team and have varying tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and handle the register where you make sure guests receive what they ordered. So during your first days you learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training. For our restaurant crew positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can occur in everyday work at MAX, where you describe how you would respond. This way you get an early good picture of what it's like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited to an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified via email. We process applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
