About the Role
Perhaps you currently work as a production technician, production engineer, process engineer, materials engineer, or metallurgist. Regardless of title, we are looking for someone who is driven by developing processes, solving technical challenges, and creating improvements that make a real difference.
Depending on your experience, there are opportunities to work with various specialist areas, from production flows, operational development, and efficiency improvements to materials engineering, metallurgy, and development of manufacturing processes. What is common across these roles is that you work closely with operations, take significant personal responsibility, and have the opportunity to influence both work methods and future investments.
Who We Are Looking For
We believe you have a technical university degree and experience from manufacturing industry. You have a structured approach to work and a genuine interest in technology, quality, and continuous improvement. If you have experience with production planning, quality methodology, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar, that is a plus, but most important is your desire to develop both the business and the people around you.
