Your Future Challenge For the Measurement and Photography department, we are now seeking measurement technicians who want to be part of a dynamic team of approximately 30 employees. Today the department consists of measurement technicians, measurement engineers, photographers, and environmental durability engineers. As a measurement technician, you work both practically and administratively with various tests and projects, where you are involved throughout the entire process, from preparation to execution and post-processing. The work includes, among other things, rigging and handling of measurement equipment at test sites, conducting various types of measurements, and quality control and compilation of measurement data. The measurements consist of recording physical quantities during testing, for example in interior and exterior ballistics. Examples of various measurements may include: - Velocities and flight times for projectiles - Pressure measurements in weapon systems - Sound pressure at detonations Your Background To thrive in the role of measurement technician, we see that you have some form of technical education or relevant work experience in engineering or measurement technology. It is important that you have a strong technical interest and enjoy varying practical outdoor work with administrative tasks. You have a high regard for safety and enjoy working close to your colleagues.
