Together with your team, you're responsible for daily operations where we constantly aim to provide exceptional service to our customers according to our values: spread joy, exceed expectations, and be available. The role also includes participating in various customer meetings. A typical day might include: Continuous coaching, development, and follow-up with your employees Ensuring and developing service quality Establishing goals and monitoring progress Budget, forecasting, and closing procedures What's the Atmosphere Like? We want you to have: Education in restaurant management or similar education/experience Strong knowledge of finances and what creates profitable operations Experience with HACCP and training in food safety and hygiene Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, plus good computer skills Genuine interest and preferably knowledge and experience in sustainability work, as the restaurant is/will be environmentally and quality certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 About Nordrest Nordrest is Sweden's bold disruptor in the restaurant industry – a dedicated restaurant company operating restaurants, catering assignments, in schools, and in care services.
