Your Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for developing, coordinating, and streamlining processes within materials supply and logistics. You work both strategically and operatively to ensure well-functioning flows and contribute to long-term development of the organization's supply chain.
Your main responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing efficient processes, routines, and workflows within materials and logistics.
Contributing to the implementation and further development of system support for warehouse and materials management.
Monitoring, analyzing, and developing key performance indicators, forecasts, reorder points, and statistics to strengthen the organization's planning and control capabilities.
Working with inventory management, stock replenishment, and purchasing forecasts to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply.
Driving and coordinating improvement initiatives within logistics and supply processes.
Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders on matters related to materials supply, warehouse management, and logistics.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Post-secondary education in logistics, materials supply, economics, or another relevant field deemed equivalent.
- At least two years of experience working with the development and optimization of logistics flows, processes, or supply chains.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you also have:
- Experience from work in procurement, supply chain, or related business areas.
- Knowledge of and experience with digital marking according to GS1 standard.
- Experience with warehouse and materials management systems, for example Dynamics 365 Warehouse & Inventory Management.
As a person, you are organized, analytical, and thorough with the ability to work both operatively and strategically. You have a holistic perspective, enjoy driving improvement work, and are experienced in collaborating with different functions and stakeholders. You are also flexible, unpretentious, and have good collaborative skills.
