About the Role
As a Materials Planner, you are responsible for planning, monitoring, and following up on material flows to ensure that production has the right conditions to deliver according to plan. You work closely with procurement, logistics, production, and other internal functions to manage material needs, delivery follow-up, and any deviations.
You analyze material availability, forecasts, and delivery status, identify risks in the supply chain, and drive measures to ensure stable material supply. The role involves many contact points and suits you if you thrive with coordinating, communicating, and solving challenges in a changing environment! 🛠
Your Main Responsibilities
Plan and monitor material needs for production
Ensure material availability according to production schedule
Follow up on deliveries from suppliers and internal functions
Handle material deviations and delivery risks
Analyze inventory situation, forecasts, and material flows
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and project organization
Contribute to the development and improvement of material planning processes
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is analytical, communicative, and has the ability to create structure even when conditions change. You thrive with collaborating with many different functions and have a solution-oriented approach where you proactively identify and manage challenges!
We are looking for someone who has
Higher education in logistics, supply chain, industrial economics, or equivalent
Experience in materials planning, logistics, production, or supply chain
Good understanding of material flows and supply chains
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
