Our location in Västervik is in the midst of an exciting transformation. The store has just been renovated – now we're building the team. Here you'll have the opportunity to make an impact, develop our work methods, and together with your colleagues create the customer experience we want to be known for.
About the Job
As a sales associate, you're an important part of the customer experience with us. You meet our customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the right products and solutions.
For us, truly great service means seeing the customer, taking initiative, and going the extra mile. You also work with stock picking, product displays, and ensure together with the team that the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and ready for our customers.
Who Are We Looking For?
Above all, we're looking for the right person for our team. You're positive, service-oriented, and enjoy collaborating. You take responsibility, see what needs to be done, keep the customer in focus, and bring energy – even when the pace is high.
Experience from retail, sales, or our industry is a plus, but the most important thing is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to create truly great customer interactions.
