Rederij AB Väderö Tank is seeking up to two positions on our bunkering vessel M/T NORE: 1 Master 1 Chief Officer We are also very interested in a Chief Officer with Master certification and ambition to take the step up to Master in the near term. For the right candidate, the position can therefore start as Chief Officer onboard NORE, with the opportunity to become familiar with the vessel, operations, and maneuvering before taking the next step to Master. M/T NORE Built 2007 2 Main Engines 2 Rudders 2 Propellers 1 Bowthruster Malta flag Working language: English M/T NORE operates in bunkering operations with frequent port calls in Sweden and Denmark. Vessel maneuvering is therefore an important part of the position. We are looking for individuals who are confident on the bridge and have a good understanding of: Ship handling and practical vessel maneuvering Berthing and unberthing Maneuvering in confined waters STS operations You must hold valid certificates and qualifications for the position, including relevant Oil & Chemical Tanker certificates, as well as proficient English. For a Chief Officer who wishes to develop toward Master, we offer practical onboard training. Our experienced captains can come onboard and provide support and training in maneuvering, port approaches, and bunkering operations.
