Skövde Massagecenter is growing and now seeking a new colleague on a part-time basis! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and wants to learn a new profession. You don't need previous experience as a massage therapist – for the right person, we offer structured introduction and practical training before you start working independently with clients. With us, customer experience is always at the center. You'll have significant responsibility and become an important part of the customer's experience, from the first meeting to the completed treatment. About the Role This is customer-focused, hands-on work where you work with scheduled clients and perform massage treatments according to our methods. During your shifts, you're responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly – from preparing the space and greeting clients to performing treatments and creating a calm and welcoming environment. After introduction and training, you'll work independently during certain shifts with clear procedures and responsibilities. Your tasks may include: Performing massage treatments according to our methods Greeting and professionally welcoming clients Preparing and resetting treatment rooms and facilities Ensuring the environment is clean, fresh, and welcoming Handling basic client contact and follow-up Contributing ideas and simple content for social media We're a small and growing business, which means the role can develop over time. If you're interested in content, social media, or marketing, there's an opportunity to take on greater responsibility in these areas over time. Massage is practical and physical work, so you need to be comfortable working actively with your hands and body for most of your shift. You enjoy working with people, have a natural service mindset, and understand the importance of making every client feel welcome and professionally treated. You don't need previous experience as a massage therapist, but experience from, for example, service, retail, sales, reception, customer service, healthcare, care work, or other customer-facing roles is a plus. We try to be flexible with scheduling and take into account, for example, studies where the business allows it. Initially, the position involves a limited number of hours per week, with the possibility of more hours as the business and client base grows.
