Machine Operator sought for the plastic industry in Perstorp TopWork is now recruiting a machine operator for an established plastic manufacturing operation in Perstorp. As a machine operator, you will have an important role in production where you are responsible for setting up and preparing machines for production. A central part of the work involves tool changes in the machines, where you work carefully and methodically to ensure the machine is properly configured and ready for production. You will also work with computer-controlled machine processes and maintain close contact with the rest of the production team. Job Responsibilities The work includes performing tool changes, configuring machines, and ensuring that production can start according to schedule. You will also troubleshoot and handle minor mechanical problems that may arise in production. The role involves working with computer-controlled machine processes, and therefore you need to have an interest in technology and a willingness to learn how the machines and processes function. Work Hours Weekdays 07:00–16:00. Requirements Experience with mechanical work in process industry or manufacturing. Interest and ability to learn how to operate computer-controlled machine processes. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. Meticulous, technically interested, and responsible. Meritorious Experience working in the plastic industry, particularly with tool changes. Experience with tool changes and machine configuration. Experience operating or programming robots. Forklift certification. Does this sound interesting?
