Machine Setter for Blowtech TopWork is now seeking a machine setter for Blowtech in Gnosjö. Are you an experienced machine setter ready for the next step? About the Role Blowtech is now seeking a machine setter for the Gnosjö facility. This is a technical and varied role where you work closely with production and are responsible for ensuring that machines and processes function as they should. As a machine setter, you will primarily work with tool changes, startups, and troubleshooting. You will also collaborate closely with maintenance technicians and production to ensure a stable and efficient manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will among other things: Change tools and start up processes according to scheduled times and established quality requirements Verify and document tool changes and process startups Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors when process issues occur Report machine errors to maintenance technicians and planning personnel Assist with preventive maintenance on machines and equipment Ensure machines are operated at the correct cycle time Report material and process-related problems Work together with maintenance technicians when maintenance and repairs are needed About You You have experience with machine setup, production, or similar technical work. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to have a good technical understanding and be accustomed to working practically with machines and processes. We require that you have: Experience with machine setup or similar technical production work Good knowledge of mechanics Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics Basic knowledge of electrical systems Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving related to machines and processes Ability to work carefully and systematically Desirable Experience and Development Opportunities The more advanced aspects of the role are not a requirement from the start, but are desirable if you already have experience with them.
