About the Position
As a machine operator at Husqvarna AB, you will monitor and operate production machinery. Your tasks will vary depending on the process and department you work in, but all positions include responsibility for machine monitoring, conducting thorough quality inspections, troubleshooting, and performing basic repairs. The role also includes material replenishment and ensuring stable and efficient production.
Work is primarily on a 4-shift basis, involving rotation between day, evening, and night shifts, plus one weekend per month. A 2-shift schedule is also possible depending on the department, so you need to be flexible and open to both work arrangements. This machine operator position is a full-time consultant role placed at Husqvarna. The assignment begins with a six-month probationary period and can transition to a permanent employment for the right candidate.
About You
You have a strong technical interest and enjoy practical work. As a colleague, you are helpful, cooperative, and actively contribute to a positive work environment. Since instructions are given digitally in Swedish, it is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently.
We are looking for someone who is responsible and proactive, learns new tasks and processes quickly, and works with precision and clear quality focus. You are communicative and curious, with a desire for continuous development.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator or equivalent
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Forklift certification is desired
- Background in engineering, electrical, or metal industry is a plus
